LINDSAY HILL
Chief Executive Officer
Lindsay is a solicitor and experienced CEO, who leads a team of highly skilled professionals to deliver a business friendly cybersecurity service.
He has spent 30 years as a specialist in legal & regulatory compliance and business risk management, including legal obligations for cyber and data security. Also business confidentiality and intellectual property.
Lindsay is an expert in creating and delivering outsourced technical compliance service packages to UK businesses, which have become the industry benchmark. They include technology, people and processes. They combine the use of advanced technology with real “hands on” service delivery. This has been recognised by winning the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation.
Lindsay was for 12 years CEO of, and built, Citation plc into the UK’s leading provider of health & safety and employment law services to business. Before that he was for 12 years a partner in City of London law firm, Fox Williams, where he was Head of Commercial & Financial Services Dispute Resolution. He is highly experienced in handling a wide range of complex commercial and regulatory matters for City institutions. This included advising the UK financial services regulator in enforcement actions. It frequently involved cases of financial fraud. If you have a regulatory problem, you want him on your side.
Lindsay has for 20 years worked in partnership with the country’s leading professional and trade bodies, to develop specific technical support packages to meet the needs of their members.
He has advised the Government Cabinet Office on the impact of regulation on business. For many years he sat on the City of London Law Society Litigation Committee. Lindsay has also held a variety of executive and advisory roles in a range of industry sectors.
KERRIE MACHIN
Director of Business Development
Kerrie believes that the challenges of cyber security, business resilience and legal & regulatory compliance, needn’t keep business leaders awake at night. It’s just a matter of matching the right solution to the problem.
He has spent the last two decades helping businesses identify their exposure to risk, and his keen eye for detail has enabled him to deliver robust packaged solutions that provide real protection – allowing them get on with doing what they do best.
PETER REDGATE
Chief Commercial Officer
Peter is a CIMA-qualified commercial leader and Chief Commercial Officer at Mitigo, with extensive experience across SaaS, B2B and retail organisations. He specialises in driving strategic growth, go-to-market transformation and building scalable revenue models.
Most recently at Radius Telematics, Peter led international commercial transformation, accelerating SaaS growth and aligning product development to market opportunity. Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade at AO World in senior leadership roles, leading business transformation and developing new revenue streams.
SALLY ANNE GRIFFITHS
Director
Sally Anne qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and practised at Clifford Chance and elsewhere in the City of London. Additionally, she is qualified in marketing and accountancy, which gives her an unusually wide breadth of experience.
Following private practice, her career has included senior roles in a variety of sectors including marketing for solicitors and financial roles in professional services.
KARL MCAREE
Head of Technical Development
Karl is a seasoned cyber security professional with over a decade of experience specialising in technical development, service delivery, and client success. He spent six years at Checkmarx, where as Director of Strategic Customer Success he demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in managing enterprise-level client relationships.
Before that, Karl spent six years at NCC Group, where he concentrated on streamlining workflows and creating new service offerings. He drives innovation and delivers practical solutions that provide efficient security for clients.
TRISTAN HODGSON
Head of Service Delivery
With over 16 years’ experience in the IT security industry, Tristan is an experienced cyber security professional with a strong background in security testing and solution design. He is driven by a desire to utilise his technical and consultative skills in creating solutions designed to solve client-specific concerns and improve their short- and long-term security posture.
Solutions that fit clients’ own business security challenges giving them the assurance they require. As Head of Service Delivery, he works hard to ensure Mitigo’s clients receive the level of support they demand.
HEATHER MERRIMAN-KING
Financial Controller
Heather is a CIMA-qualified Chartered Management Accountant with a strong track record of financial leadership in the cyber security sector and across high-growth SMEs. She has extensive experience in financial reporting, audit, and compliance, and has played a pivotal role in acquisition integration, system transformation, and complex business restructuring initiatives.
She has built high-performing finance teams and brings commercial insight to help drive operational improvements and sustainable business growth.
